Our light steel 1 storey flat roof luxury modern prefab house features an all-bolt connection design. With dimensions larger than standard flat pack container houses (W3M*L5.95M), it is designed to take less shipping space and does not require a crane for installation.

Easy Installation: Two workers can install one house within 8 hours. No crane is required. Efficient Shipping: One 40HC container can load 12 full units (including walls, roof, and floor) or 50 frames.
The frame is treated with galvanization and powder coating, making it highly resistant to rust and environmental wear.
Units can be combined to create large rooms. Large glass panels or wall cladding can be added for a contemporary, luxury look.
To prevent damage during transit, we weld steel pallets to the bottom and wrap materials in protective plastic film, ensuring the sandwich panels remain intact.
